Financial Transactions and Payments
Deposits
Funds can be deposited into your cck33 account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. All deposits must be made from your own account — deposits through third parties are prohibited.

Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

- Processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering
cck33 is committed to preventing any suspicious financial activity. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation and the relevant authorities will be notified. We reserve the right to confiscate all balances if evidence of fraud is found on any account.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:
- The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x) before withdrawal.
- The wagering requirement applies to the combined total of the bonus and deposit.
- A maximum bet limit will be set while a bonus is active.
- The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
- Each person may receive this bonus only once.
VIP Program and Cashback
Regular members can join the VIP program. There are three tiers:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver — up to 0.7% cashback per week.
- Gold — up to 1.0% cashback per week.
Regular and active gaming activity must be maintained to move to a higher tier. Details of VIP benefits are available on our promotions page. Cashback is credited directly to the account and can be withdrawn without any separate wagering requirement.
Bonus Abuse
Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, employing opposing betting strategies, or using any other dishonest method will result in the bonus and any related winnings being cancelled and the account may be closed.

Technical Issues
